Feedback is able to be given when a Purchase Order is completed or canceled. A star rating is given to the vendor to represent the quality of work done.


Purpose / Metric Definition:

Captures the average star rating provided at the completion of each Purchase Order. This metric reflects customer satisfaction and perceived quality of the vendor’s work.

Logic / Formula:

PO.VendorRating * 0.2 AS Quality_FeedbackRating

Scoring Rules:

  • Rating → Star rating multiplied by 20

    • Example: 5-star rating = 100%, 4-star rating = 80%, etc.

  • Not Scored (NULL) → PO was not rated upon completion
