2026.36: Clock Out Notes Improvement

Work Orders

Clock Out Note goes into Work Order Notes (US-10203) Notes entered at clock out now appear directly on the work order's Notes, so anyone reviewing the work order can see what happened onsite without opening trip history.

Details:

• Notes are created with a new Clock Out note type and are system generated, so they cannot be edited.
• Each note includes the vendor, PO number, trip number, the clock out note text, and a link that opens the clock in/out records filtered to that trip.
  • No vendor information when its for your own company.
• Notes roll up the full work order chain. Where vendor clock in/out communications are not shared, the note is created on the vendor side only.
• No new permissions were added.
