Features:

Create Task Redesign (US-7999): One of the most frequently used screens in the app has been updated to remove redundancies and bring the look up to match our newer updates. This change will be available on Monday 1/20/25.

Old Create Task Screen

New Create Task Screen

The Target Start Time/Date field has been renamed to Date, and Start Date/Time has been removed. Tasks still work exactly as they have previously.

We have removed the confirmation modal when canceling from Create, we have also removed the ability to hit the 'esc' key to close this modal.

Link Work Orders (US-8006): Having issues with keeping track of Work Orders that have come from issues with a PM assessment? Do you have a location that has been having the same issue creep up and want to keep track? With permissions, you can now link up to 25 Work Orders together. You can track which Work Orders are related and easily go back and forth from the linked Work Orders.

Select 'Link Work Orders' in the context menu to add a link to your Work Orders. The search to link Work Orders uses the same search criteria as the Master Work Order search at the top of the app. The search at the top of the app has also been updated to show how many links are currently on a Work Order.

Tab Titles (US-6808): The Tabs for Umbrava have been updated to now give you a quick glimpse at what page you are on. This will help you keep track of what you are doing if you have multiple tabs open.

The tabs no longer all say 'Umbrava'.

Project Settings Navigation Improvement (US-7898): The Projects Settings page has received a much needed improvement to help navigate back and forth when creating and editing new Project Types. A back button on the Edit Type page as been added to bring you back directly to the Project settings page.

Bug Fixes:

Block Clock Out when date/time is before Clock In date/time (US-6609): We fixed a bug that was allowing users to set a Clock Out time that was before the Clock In for a Work Order, giving them a negative time onsite.
