This shows how often a vendors proposals are being approved.

Purpose / Metric Definition:

Measures the percentage of submitted proposals that were approved. This metric reflects pricing alignment and vendor responsiveness to scope and budget expectations.

Logic / Formula:

ApprovedProposalCount / AprovedProposalCount + RejectedProposalCount
    ELSE 0


Scoring Rules:

  • Percentage Score → Count of approved proposals ÷ count of submitted and responded proposals

  • Not Scored (NULL) → No proposals exist for the PO
