2023.15: Create WO, SLA Mapping,

Features:    

New Create Work Order Theme (BN-5034): It's new, it's improved, and it functions better than it ever has! We have made some changes to the Create Work Order modal and improved its performance. With this change, we have fixed several bugs in the old Create Work Order modal, and cleaned up the code for all future improvements.

The first change that we have made is that the first open field will always be the field that is selected when opening (this is one of the fixed bugs).

The Type field will now auto-populate with the default Type that is set for the company.

When selecting an Asset, the trade associated with that asset will now auto-populate. It will also automatically clear if the asset is cleared.

Any disabled field that is on the Create Work Order Modal will also now have a tooltip when hovered over to indicate what is needed to unlock that field.

Map SLA from Client to Vendor (BN-5160): Mapping an SLA (Priority) from client to vendor just became a much more simple and streamlined process.

We have created a dropdown in the Client Details that will allow users to set their own SLAs to the Clients SLAs. 

This will allow users to keep there own verbiage for work orders and to ensure that the vendors get the right priority when sending a work order. In order to map a priority, the priority will have to be active. The mapped priority will populate when doing any of the following:

1. Adding a Work Order
2. Adding a Purchase Order
3. Assigning a vendor
4. Creating a PM

Bug Fixes:  

Add/Edit Notes Character Maximum (BN-5321): We have fixed a bug that was causing the note box to ignore the character maximum and send an error to the users. It will now stop the user from typing at the maximum of 4000 characters.

Asset State not updating with WO Phase (BN-5273): We have fixed a bug that was not recognizing a status/phase change in a work order that was attached to an Asset. The work orders phase/status will now be taken into account for the Asset State.

Project Document Label clears after being altered (BN-5082): We have fixed a bug that was clearing the document label when the document was shared/archived/restored. The documents will now keep their labels.
