2024.31: First Trip Scheduling and Work Order Type Audit

Created by Kenneth Abad, Modified on Wed, 31 Jul at 2:17 PM by Kenneth Abad

Features:

Restricting Schedule to First Trip SLA when accepting WO (US-7479): When a vendor accepts a Work Order, they can put in a date for their first trip to be scheduled. The date selector now does not go passed the First Trip SLA, so if the vendor cannot meet the SLA, the trip cannot be scheduled.

Display the WO Type instead of ID in WO Audit Trail (US-4333): We've adjusted the display of the audit trail for Work Orders to now show the Work Order Type instead of just showing the ID Number for the Work Order Type. You won't need to reference a report in order to access this information anymore.

Bug Fixes:

Create Work Order - Fix clearing & Auto-fill of Defaults (US-5341): We have fixed a bug that was causing certain fields to auto-fill when clicking out of them without intentionally selecting an item in the Create Work Order modal. Now the process to create a work order will be a little less accident prone.

Default NTE didn't always auto-fill (US-7248): We fixed a bug that was causing default NTE to not auto-fill for a vendor when a Work Order Type was selected after the Priority. Now Default NTE will fill in as expected.

WO User Presence Indicator displays own user when it shouldn't (US-7512): The user indicator in the work order will no longer show yourself when the computer goes to sleep mode and returns.
