Resale Certificates are found on the details page of the vendor and client profile. The resale certificates will help dictate when tax populates on a proposal/invoice when work is done in the region specified in the Resale Certificate.
Selecting the '+' button next to Resale Certificates will open the Add Resale Certificate modal. This modal allows you to put in the Country, State, and Certificate Number. You then upload the certificate itself and select 'Add'.
Once the Resale Certificate is added, it will appear on the main details page of the vendor/client.
Clicking on the added Resale Certificate opens up the edit screen. From here you can change the information in the certificate or delete the ticket.
