2023.36: Service Request Travel, Select Users Improvement

Propose Travel Rate in Service Request (US-5892): We have made an adjustment to Service Requests that will allow vendors to propose their own travel rate when they propose their labor rate. This proposed rate functions the same way as the labor rate that is proposed and will automatically populate in Proposals and Invoices under the 'Travel' Category for the line items.

When reviewing the responses to the Service Request, the list will only show the proposed rates if they do not match your initial input rate.

Select Users Improvement (US-5453): We heard your feedback on the Select Users filter at the top of the app, and we took the best of the suggestions, tested them and put them into place. Our Select Users filter has gone through a makeover and changed the way the users/teams are sorted. I have censored the names to maintain the anonymity of this very real Client.

As you can see in the picture above, the Teams are now sorted on the left, with any team that you are a part of automatically being put at the top. This fix will allow you find and filter by your team/teammates more easily. whenever a user is selected on a team, an indicator will show where the selected users are from.

Teams and Users can both be searched separately with the search bars, and you can select all/deselect all per team.

When a user is selected, the option to 'Clear All' appears above the teams search. This option clears ALL selected users, regardless of what team is selected. The 'Select All' and 'Deselect All' in the user list of the teams, will select/deselect all users in the selected team page.
