Our geofenced clock in/out system will ensure that you are onsite and update your client automatically that you are getting the job done. Once you clock out, your status will tell the client that you are done, need to submit a quote, or that you'll be back to complete another day.
Clocking In/Out on the Website
Step 1: Go into the Work Order you need to clock in to. |

Step 3: Confirm that you are onsite and click 'Clock In'. |

Once clocked in, an entry will be created in the Clock In/Out tab.
Clocking in updates the Work Order status to 'On-Site'.
Step 4: Once work is completed, click '+' and select the 'Clock Out' option. |
Clock Out Reasons automatically update your work order based on the selected reason:
1. Proposal Needed - Updates Work Order status to 'Vendor Proposal Required'.
2. Work Complete - Changes Work Order status to 'Confirm Complete'.
3. Work Incomplete - Updates the Work Order status to 'Clocked Out: In Progress'.
Step 6: Click 'Clock Out'. |

Clock In/Out on the Mobile App
Step 1: Open the Work Order list on the mobile app and filter to find your Work Order. |
Step 2a: Swipe the Work Order left to Clock In. |

Step 2b: Open the Work Order and tap 'Clock In'. |

Clocking In on the mobile app requires the phones Location Permissions.

Step 4a: Clock Out from the Work Order List by swiping left on the clocked in Work Order. |

Step 4b: Clock Out from inside the Work Order by tapping 'Clock Out'. |


Step 6: Enter the # of techs clocking out, and tap 'Clock Out' at the bottom of the screen. |
Clock Out Reasons automatically update your work order based on the selected reason:
1. Proposal Needed - Updates Work Order status to 'Vendor Proposal Required'.
2. Work Complete - Changes Work Order status to 'Confirm Complete'.
3. Work Incomplete - Updates the Work Order status to 'Clocked Out: In Progress'.
Phone IVR
Step 1: Call +1(844) 910-2765 for the Umbrava IVR. |
Step 2: Enter your Vendor ID and hit #. |
Vendor ID can be found at the top of your company profile and in the Work Order PDF.
Step 3: Enter your IVR PIN and press # |
IVR PIN is found at the top of your Work Order Details and Work Order PDF.

Step 4a: Enter the number of technicians clocking in. |
Step 4b: Enter the your Clock Out reason to Clock Out. |
