Finding your work in Umbrava is a simple process. Using our filters will show any and all work that you have to handle.

Web App

Depending on how you organize your work, there are different filters that you can apply.

Step 1: Click on the Global Filter in the top right of the app.

Step 2: Select 'My Work' at the bottom to automatically select yourself and your regions.

Step 3: Go to the Work Order list and select the 'Column Filters' button on the top right.

Step 4: Apply a filter on the columns of the list to show the work that matches the criteria.

Step 5: The Work Order phase filter can narrow a list to show jobs in each phase.

Mobile App

All of the filters in the mobile app are located in one place, this makes finding your work simpler.

Step 1: Open up the Umbrava mobile app.

Step 2: Tap the 'filters' icon in the top right of the app.

Step 3: Apply filters to easily find your work orders.
