2025.31: Project Documents Attached to Note

Projects: Attaching Documents to a Note (US-8701): Project Notes have been updated to allow documents to be attached during the note creation. Simply add a new note and the scree will allow you to drag or select a file to attach to the note.

Once a file is added to the note, you will still have to add a label to the document. The document descriptions will automatically match the note description unless you add a unique description to the document.

Once a note has been added, you will be able to see the documents that have been attached. Sharing a Note will also share the documents that are attached.

Documents inside of a note can be previewed and downloaded from this view by clicking on the link or the document itself. You can un-attach a document from a note by clicking on the 'x' on the right side of the document as well. 

Other users with document/note permissions will be able to see the attached documents on the note within your company, or if shared to your company.
