Setting Up Clock In/Out Geofence

The Clock In/Out Range designates how far from the service location a vendor can be before they are able to clock into or out of a work order. Setting a range allows you to ensure that the time being billed to you is accurate at the time of invoicing.


On the Company Profile, the Clock In/Out Range can be set for all of your locations in the Work Order settings. Click on the edit icon in the Work Order section to set the range.




Once the range is set, it will immediately take effect for all Work Orders. Any vendor attempting to clock in or out must be within the set range.


The range can be set individually for each location. The Work Orders for the location will use the setting within the location over the general setting in the company profile.  When changing the setting on the company profile, and a location has its own range set, you will get the option to override all locations with the new range.



Selecting Override All will change every location setting to match the new setting on the company profile. Continue without Overriding will maintain the existing changes that are made to the locations.
