Features:
Default Priority (US-8815): You will now have the ability to set a default priority for your company. This will make all new Work Orders have the set priority selected automatically. This will save you the step of having to select a priority when you're entering a new Work Order and help keep consistent with issue urgency.
To set your priority as default, you go to your company profile, and go to your Work Order Settings.

Click into the context menu in the 'More' column and select 'Set as Default'.
If you are creating Work Orders for your clients, you can set a default priority for each of your clients by going to the Client Profile, and going into the priority tab.
The same context menu and option will be available there.
Note: Only one priority can be set as a default per company. So each client that you create Work Orders for can have their own default, but your own Work Orders can only have a single default priority selected. Selecting a new default will deselect the original.
